USE THE COMPETENCY PROFILER

                  Competency Profiler

Identify the competency profile by using the Compmetrica Competency Profiler. You will first identify the position by determining the job sector, the job level and the job title. Using this approach, the Compmetrica Competency Profiler will suggest a series of 10 competencies that are commonly associated with that position. In Step 2, you will then have the opportunity to modify this suggested profile by adding, removing or substituting a competency by using the 60 competencies found in the Compmetrica Competency Model.

Once you save the profile in your account in the Data Bank you will be able to use this profile again at any time.

Identify the competency profile by only identifying the job level. Using this approach, you will identify, in Step 2, the competency profile from the beginning. This approach, which might be followed by users who have already defined the competency profile for the job, will be done using the 60 competencies found in the Compmetrica Competency Model. Once you save the profile in your account in the Data Bank, you will be able to use this profile again at any time.
