In consideration of Compmetrica providing the Compmetrica Products and Compmetrica Services, the Customer shall pay to Compmetrica the fees set forth for the product or service. All amounts to be paid to Compmetrica under the Agreement shall be paid in Canadian dollars by credit cards and/or Compmetrica credits bought by the user on the Compmetrica web site.

All sales are final. Payments are due at the issuance of the bill. No reimbursement will be made under any circumstances, except in the case where the account user cancels an online testing session before it has begun. In such a case, Compmetrica will reimburse the user for that online testing session by adding the corresponding number of Compmetrica credits to the customer account. Reimbursements will only be made in Compmetrica credits to be used to buy Compmetrica products and services. No cash or credit card reimbursements will be made. No reimbursement for an online testing session will be possible, once that online testing session has begun.

Canadian customers are responsible to provide an accurate address of delivery based on which applicable provincial and federal taxes will be charged. As a Canadian customer or as a Customer living in another country, you agree to pay and be responsible for any and all sales taxes, use taxes, value added taxes and duties imposed by any jurisdiction as a result of the license granted to you, or of your use of the product or service, pursuant to this Agreement.

Any customer which does not “log on” to his/her Compmetrica account for a period equal or superior to 21 months will receive a notice from Compmetrica indicating that his/her account will be closed in 90 days unless the customer “logs on” to his/her Compmetrica account. The notice will be sent by e-mail at the address indicated in the account. If the Customer fails to “log on” to his/her Compmetrica account during that 90 day period, the account will be terminated. In such a case, any credits remaining in the account will be cancelled. Also, all the data and test results included in the account will be erased.
